CSV only. Column names and order must match the official template exactly. The entire batch is blocked if any row is invalid. The submission date and time are recorded by the system when you upload; they are not part of the template.
How to fill in the template (sample rows included in the download)
- Download the template. Row 1 holds the column names: do not change, move or delete them.
- The file has guide rows (they start with #) and sample rows (they start with SAMPLE). They show how to fill each column.
- Delete the sample rows, or type your own requests over them, before uploading. A file that still has a sample row is refused, so a sample can never become a real request. Guide rows starting with # are ignored.
- Dates are YYYY-MM-DD. Times are HH:MM in 24-hour time. Numbers are plain digits.

Download complete dashboard data or individual datasets.
Full Backup is the safest way to keep an off-system copy. It preserves requests, revisions, fulfilment, operations and audit history.
Import / Restore
Troopers Admin and Super Admin only. Imported activity is recorded.
Restore Full Backup
Disabled. Restoring a backup would overwrite live data, so it is not available in the dashboard. Ask engineering to run a guarded restore if you ever need one.
Import Historical Requests
CSV import supports common column names and previews records before saving. Every row needs its original Submission Date/Time (for example 2026-03-10 14:35). It is kept as written and used for lead time and reports.
